  Manage the while working towards companies goals and objectives. Ensuring the fulfillment of projects in assigned region. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES These include the following. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role.
1.Oversee and day-to- day management of project management    direct reports and ensuring adherence to guidelines, policies and    Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Potential to assign    projects and monitor team capacity.
2. Management full service, Fieldwork only, ad hoc, tracking,     national and international projects of various complexity levels     for assigned accounts and be the first point of contact with     escalated issues.
3.Develop and execute a method to share knowledge and     processes about clients, using the tier 1 approach, in order to     develop business relationships between the MedField team and     clients.

5.Interaction with clients for specific project needs, while ensuring    client expectations are being met.
6.Project coordination with external partners including translation     agencies and network partners.
7.Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation     plans.
8.Managing client relationships and satisfaction by developing and     maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts.     Understand key client issues and objectives.
9.Ensure project profitability.
10.Review operation of team by monitoring production and       quality, to anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner       and identify opportunities for improvement. 11.Indentify       training needs and/or support and report to line manager. 12.Liaison to Sales and other departments while supporting the       Client Services Model. 13.Provide timely status reports, project      analysis and recommendations.    experience in market research or marketing;
- Minimum Master degree or equivalent in Market Research,    Marketing or Business
   Administration or studies related to Medical, Clinical or       Epidemiological areas
- Commercial attitude and acquisition power;
